Since its official opening in November 2017, this institution, with "life care" at its core, has been leading the industry as a benchmark. As one of the first tertiary general medical institutions to settle in the Lecheng Pilot Zone, it has been recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" by the Hainan Provincial Department of Science and Technology for three consecutive times. For five years running, it has provided support for the reception services of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference. In December 2023, it became a national-level standardization pilot unit for the medical and health industry (life care), and also holds dual qualifications for drug/medical device clinical trial projects (GCP). With professionalism and warmth, it weaves a "paradise of life care" for global elites, turning every stay into a profound dialogue between the body and mind with nature, medicine, and humanity.

As a vital carrier of the Life Care Center, Boao Yiling Life Care Center covers an area of 56 mu (approximately 37,333 square meters) with a construction area of 66,710 square meters. It houses nine functional centers and the "Boao Yiling Super TCM Hospital," jointly forming an integrated, connected, and continuous service loop encompassing "prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation." The Super TCM Hospital, spanning from the basement level to the fifth floor, includes a Life Health Pre-examination Center, TCM consulting rooms, nurse stations, a pollution control center, as well as supporting reception, accommodation, and catering spaces. With "Smart Life Care Cloud Ecosystem" at its core, it deeply integrates traditional Chinese medicine concepts with modern medical services.

Leveraging the policy advantages, brand influence, splendid ecological environment of the Lecheng Pilot Zone as well as the abundant surrounding tourism resources, the Center is underpinned by five key elements — "talents, equipment, technology, services, and environment" — and practices the "Double-Hundred Project" aimed at "enhancing user satisfaction and treatment efficacy". It precisely focuses on the demand side to strengthen users' sense of gain in "user value", and deeply explores new driving forces of "industrial value" on the supply side. Eventually, it has developed unique models for life health care, life beauty care, and life mental-physical care, helping guests achieve the "5Q" life values: Quality of health, Quality of beauty, Quality of happiness, Quality of taste, and Quality of wisdom.

ZENCO CASA has deeply engaged in the creation of this super medical-nursing complex through full-category customization services for both fixed and movable furniture. From consultation desks and antique shelves tailored to the needs of TCM diagnosis and treatment, to nurse station cabinets that fit smart medical scenarios, every design infuses the dual philosophies of "people-oriented medical care" and "Chinese aesthetics" into the details. This allows the medical space to retain the warm essence of traditional Chinese medicine while embracing the convenience and comfort of modern services.

As the primary hub initiating life care, the Life Health Pre-examination Center breaks away from the cramped feel of traditional medical spaces, with its design core rooted in "spacious transparency + symbiosis of technological warmth". The light gray marble floor stretches like a mirror, while wooden-clad columns outline gentle contours. The "skylight-style" light strips on the ceiling pour down soft glow, engaging in a dialogue of "natural texture×modern intelligence" with the blue-lit technology screens on the backdrop wall. The central brown-and-white enclosed sofas adopt an open yet cohesive layout, facilitating waiting guests' communication while creating a private atmosphere through their enclosing form. On the right, the service desk, combining dark brown woodwork with stone, features neat and upright lines, well-suited for efficient services like registration and consultation. Beside the sofas, metal round side tables echo the overall color palette, their surfaces holding health brochures. On the backdrop wall, the slogan "Yiling Smart Life Care Cloud Ecosystem" blends with the wood-grain background through gradient blue light, silently conveying the philosophy of "technology empowering health".

The blood collection area embraces "elegant privacy + medical norms" as its design core. Through the clever integration of "glass partitions inlaid with landscape patterns", it weaves Chinese artistic conception into the medical setting. The glass partitions half-enclose private blood collection spaces, where ink-wash landscape motifs loom faintly, their outlines neatly defined by wooden frames. Blood collection workstations blend stain-resistant stone with warm wooden finishes, built-in storage cabinets conceal wiring, ensuring the space meets medical cleanliness standards while exuding the soft texture of Chinese aesthetics. Brown leather seats are arranged in an orderly sequence, offering soft yet supportive seating; their hue harmonizes with the light gray stone flooring and wooden wall panels. In the waiting area, small and minimalist coffee tables are paired with warm light strips, dissolving the tension often felt during the blood collection process.

The first-floor lobby serves as the "image window" of the Super TCM Hospital, while the nurse station stands as the core of service dispatching. Through customized furniture, ZENCO strikes a balance between "Chinese aesthetics" and "medical efficiency". A custom-made antique shelf in walnut tone is set in the lobby, with shelf spacing tailored to display TCM cultural exhibits—serving both as decoration and a carrier of TCM heritage. The end-view platform, with a solid wood base complemented by Chinese-style ornaments, forms a visual focus together with the hanging Chinese-style chandeliers. The nurse station cabinets adopt a design combining woodwork and glass: the transparent sections facilitate medical staff in checking materials, while the enclosed sections store medical supplies. The cabinet height is adapted to the standing operations of medical staff, enhancing work efficiency.

The TCM consulting room is the core space for "syndrome differentiation and treatment". The furniture custom-made and produced by ZENCO fits perfectly with the practices of TCM diagnosis and treatment. An embedded decorative painting area is set on the wall, where posters themed on TCM meridians and health preservation are hung, with wooden frames seamlessly merging into the wall. Behind the consulting desk, a fixed antique shelf is installed, which can display TCM classics and medicinal material specimens—not only facilitating physicians' reference but also conveying TCM culture to guests.

The consultation desk features a floating white stone countertop paired with metal brackets, its clean lines perfectly accommodating equipment like ultrasound machines. The desktop is pre-fitted with cable holes and storage grooves for practical use. The physician’s chair, an ergonomic swivel model in white and yellow, boasts a backrest that snugly conforms to the sitting posture. The patient’s treatment bed, padded with leather in a matching color scheme, supports height adjustment for optimal comfort. A small potted plant placed beside the desk infuses the space with natural vitality, softening the clinical coldness often felt in medical settings. A writing chair is provided for the physician, while the patient is furnished with a backrest consultation chair—both upholstered in breathable fabric to prevent stuffiness during extended sittings. In the corner of the room, a small tea table stands ready to offer guests warm water, a detail that speaks volumes about thoughtful care.

The reception conference room, serving the functions of TCM academic exchanges and guest consultations, emphasizes an atmosphere of "dignity with warmth". A solid wood display cabinet, featuring glass doors that protect against dust while allowing easy viewing, is used to showcase achievements in TCM health preservation and materials on international collaborations. The wall curtains, crafted from dark-toned linen, offer strong light-shielding properties to ensure meeting privacy. Their tracks are hidden within the wooden ceiling, blending aesthetic appeal with durability.

The conference table is made of solid wood splicing, with a flat and smooth tabletop and rounded edges. The accompanying chairs, upholstered in leather, feature subtly curved backrests—ergonomically tailored to ease the strain of extended meetings. Suspended from the ceiling, a grand chandelier bathes the room in a gentle, non-glaring glow. Resting atop the table, minimalist Chinese-style ornaments add a touch of refined texture, elevating the space with quiet sophistication.

The guest rooms cater to guests in need of long-term conditioning, with ZENCO's furniture designed around the concept of "comfortable wellness." The headboard wall combines wooden paneling with soft upholstery—where the fabric of the upholstery feels gentle against the skin, and the wooden lines remain minimalist in design. The writing desk fits snugly against the wall, with pre-installed sockets on its surface to facilitate guests' use of TCM wellness equipment. The bedside tables, crafted from solid wood, feature drawers sized to accommodate guests' personal medications and wellness manuals, blending practicality with care.

The bedding features a mattress with a perfectly balanced firmness, paired with pure cotton linens. The writing chair, with its solid wood frame and plush cushion, offers comfort for guests to jot down their wellness insights. A small lounge sofa, accompanied by a coffee table, serves as a "pre-sleep wellness reading nook" within the room. Dominated by soft tones of off-white and light wood, the space exudes an atmosphere of "sleep-inducing tranquility and gentle relaxation."

The cafeteria extends the essence of "TCM dietary therapy". The ceiling is carved with Chinese geometric patterns, echoing the glass partitions with metal frames—dividing spaces while preserving openness. The food serving counters, featuring marble tops with metal edging, accommodate both hot and cold dishes, resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean. Chinese tableware adorns the walls, with wooden hooks matching the material of the partitions, creating visual harmony. Dining tables, available for 4 or 6 people, all have stone surfaces paired with wooden bases. The dining chairs combine wooden frames with leather upholstery, their fabric oil-resistant and easy to wipe clean. Window-side seats offer scenic views, while a corner display platform showcases ornaments themed on TCM dietary therapy, paired with warm-toned chandeliers. Here, the concept of "dining as nourishment" flows naturally through the modern texture of the space.

As a vital component of the life care center, Boao Yiling Super TCM Hospital features "TCM nurturing" as its core characteristic. Through full-category furniture customization, ZENCO has deeply infused Chinese aesthetics into every corner of the space. From the antique shelves that convey TCM culture, to the consultation desks tailored to diagnostic needs, and to the sofas and bedding that create a comfortable experience—each piece of furniture serves not only as a functional carrier but also as a cultural medium. Here, the concept of "three-dimensional life care" finds tangible expression within the TCM setting.

In the future, ZENCO CASA will continue to leverage its exquisite craftsmanship to empower more spaces that integrate traditional culture with modern healthcare. It will let furniture serve as a bridge between culture and medical care, helping every wellness institution fulfill its core mission of "health, beauty, and happiness."
